Deonna Barnett is a small business strategist and consultant with 15 years expertise in business planning, financial management, operations management, event planning and marketing strategy development. She's a graduate of The Ohio State University with experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors as a former non-profit executive.
Shermaine Barnett
Director of Operations
Shermaine Barnett has 20 years of managerial and customer service experience along with 15 years of experience in small business ownership. His background is in hospitality and construction management. Shermaine oversees the company's IT, data management, human resources, accounts payable, and day-to-day operations.
De'Lona Moultrie
Senior Consultant
De’Lona “Dee” Moultrie is a career entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the consulting field, and as a real estate investor for over 19 of those years. Dee is passionate about helping business owners create and scale their ventures ethically and profitably while living their best lives. She manages and facilitates Aventi's training programs and strategy consulting services.
Dorrian Moultrie

Dorrian started his entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 15. He has since received his Bachelors degree from Georgetown University in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is currently a Graduate student at Hampton University studying Sports Administration.
